- Overseas Employment Platform (OEP) — The government's digital system for the whole migration cycle: NID-verified registration, training and PDO, job matching, emigration clearance, the licensed agency list, and complaints if the job differs from what was promised.
- OEP licensed recruiting agency list — Check that an agency's RL (licence) number and name appear on the government's official list. This is the main check for any recruiter.
- RAIMS agency directory (BMET) — A second official lookup for recruiting agencies, with licence details.
- Bureau of Manpower, Employment and Training (BMET) — The overseas employment regulator: notices, maximum migration costs, training centres and links into OEP. 16135
- Ministry of Expatriates' Welfare and Overseas Employment — The parent ministry: policy, notices and links to BMET, WEWB, PKB, BOESL and OEP.
- Probash Bondhu Call Centre — The government's 24-hour helpline for migrant workers and families: information, problems abroad and reporting fraud. From abroad: +880 9610 102030. 16135
- Grievance Redress System (GRS) — National online complaints system for government offices including BMET. Complaints against an agency or a job mismatch can also be filed in the OEP worker portal.
- BOESL — Bangladesh Overseas Employment and Services Ltd — The government-owned recruiter for G2G and low-cost channels such as Korea (EPS) and Japan. Check genuine BOESL circulars here.
- BAIRA member directory — The recruiting agencies' association. Secondary only — always confirm the RL on the OEP list.
- Wage Earners' Welfare Board (WEWB) — Welfare-fund services: death compensation, repatriation, scholarships, legal aid and returnee support. 16135
- Probashi Kallyan Bank — State bank with low-interest migration loans (instead of moneylenders), rehabilitation loans and remittance services.
