Your rights
Under the ILO's fair-recruitment principles, workers should not be charged any recruitment fees or related costs — the employer should pay. Bangladesh sets a maximum migration cost for each country; anything above it can be reported to BMET.
A receipt should show the agency name, RL number, amount, date and purpose. Payments to personal bKash/Nagad numbers or through hundi leave you with no proof.
