Privacy

People checking a job offer are often in a vulnerable position. We collect as little as we can.

Free tools

The offer checker and tools run in your browser. What you type is saved only in that browser (so you can come back to it). It reaches our servers only if you are signed in and press "Save to case".

Verification requests

We store the contact details, offer details and documents you send so we can do the check. Only our team and the one verifier assigned to your request can see them, and the verifier sees only what the task needs. Documents are kept on private storage, never on public links.

Verifiers

ID documents and references are used only for vetting and kept on private storage. Customers see a verifier's first name and initial, never contact details.

Scam reports

Reports are reviewed by our team. Only reports we confirm are published, in our own words, without the reporter's name.

Your choices

Ask us to delete your request or account at any time by writing to verify@ovelithub.com.
