Where to send it
- In Bangladesh: file it as a complaint in the OEP worker portal or on the government grievance system (GRS), or hand it in at BMET or your District Employment and Manpower Office.
- Call the Probash Bondhu call centre on 16135 (from abroad +880 9610 102030) to register the complaint and ask what to do next.
- Abroad: give it to the labour wing of the Bangladesh embassy or consulate in that country.
- Attach copies, never originals, of receipts, the contract or offer, the visa and any messages.
